Getting started
Adding a brand
A brand holds voice, audience, banned words and visual details. Run several brands in one workspace if you look after more than one business or client.
Inviting your team
Invite people as admin, editor, approver or viewer. Invitations are single-use links that expire, and you can revoke one before it is accepted.

Which networks are supported
Built for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram - live connections are rolling out to pilot customers during beta. TikTok, X, YouTube are on the roadmap.
Choosing the right page or profile
After you authorise a network, EkaIQ shows every page, company or business account you can post to and asks you to pick. It never chooses for you.
Reconnecting an account
Networks expire access periodically. When that happens the account is marked "Reconnect required" and scheduled posts for it are held rather than lost.
Content and scheduling
Generating content
Start from an idea, a URL, pasted text, or an uploaded flyer or PDF. Ask for a single post, a week, or a 30-day plan.
Uploading attachments
PDF, image, text, markdown and CSV files are read for facts - dates, prices, offers - so drafts stay accurate instead of invented.
Approvals
Send a draft for review and an approver leaves a yes or a note on the post itself. Only approved content can be scheduled when approvals are switched on.
How scheduling works
Approved posts are queued in your workspace time zone and published by a background worker that runs continuously. Each post shows its own status and any error.
Analytics and billing
Where the numbers come from
Reach, impressions, engagement and clicks are pulled from each network after a post goes live. Until a network returns figures, the post reads "Metrics pending from provider" rather than showing a zero.
Plans and limits
Brands, connected accounts, seats, AI drafts, scheduled posts and storage are capped per plan, and the caps are enforced on the server.
Exporting your data
Settings → Export downloads your brands, content, campaigns and analytics. Your content is yours and there is no lock-in.
