The deal, in plain English.

• You are responsible for your login, for who you invite into your workspace, and for what those people do with it.
• Keep your details accurate. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
• You must be entitled to act for the business whose brands and social accounts you add.

• No unlawful, hateful, deceptive, infringing or harassing content, and nothing that breaks the rules of a social network you publish to.
• No spam, scraping, resale of the service, attempts to break isolation between organisations, or automated abuse of the AI or publishing systems.
• We may suspend a workspace that puts other customers, our providers or a connected network at risk.

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and any network we add are independent third parties. Their terms, rate limits, review processes and outages apply to you. A network can reject, delay, restrict or remove a post, or revoke access, for reasons outside our control. You are responsible for complying with each network's terms for the accounts you connect.

You own the content, media and brand material you put into EkaIQ, and the content the product generates for you. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it and publish it where you ask us to. You can export it at any time. We do not sell it.

EkaIQ drafts content with AI. AI gets things wrong - dates, prices, claims, tone. You must review anything before it is approved or published. You remain responsible for what goes out under your brand, including regulatory and advertising requirements in your sector.

During beta, features may change, plans and limits may be adjusted, and functionality may be added or withdrawn as we learn what works. Where a change would materially reduce what you rely on, we will tell you. Pricing shown on the pricing page is indicative until card payments are switched on.

We aim to keep the product up, but this is a beta service with no uptime guarantee. Maintenance, provider incidents, scheduled worker delays and network failures happen. Scheduled posts are published on a best-effort basis; check the publishing health page if something matters.

You can stop using EkaIQ and delete your organisation whenever you like. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, for non-payment once billing is live, or if we have to withdraw the service. On deletion your workspace content, media and stored social credentials are removed; export first if you need a copy.

The EkaIQ software, design, name and branding belong to us. Nothing here transfers them to you. Nothing here transfers your brand or content to us.

The product is provided as-is during beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, missed campaigns, network penalties or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service - which, during a free beta, is nil. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction. This clause is a placeholder pending legal review and will be confirmed before general availability.
